About The Position

RecruitGo is looking for an App Tester for the Italy Region to test app functionality. This role involves testing the app's features such as sending/receiving money and checking transaction history using a mobile device and personal accounts.

Requirements

• Must be a current user of Satispay ewallet.
• Must be willing to use own personal accounts for testing purposes.
• Must be willing to work in the IST, US (if needed) and Italy time zones.
• Ability to actively participate in Zoom meetings for end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Test the app functionality (e.g., sending/receiving money, checking transaction history).
• Use personal accounts for testing purposes.
• Work across IST, US (if needed), and Italy time zones.
• Actively participate in Zoom meetings for end-to-end testing.
• Share testing videos/screenshots via shared platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and ensure that client expectations are met.
