About the position
The Part-Time Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in apartment communities in Bronson, Florida. This role requires a self-motivated individual with hands-on experience in multiple maintenance disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The technician will work on scheduled days and be available for on-call emergency needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
- Ability to pass a basic maintenance exam and pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening.
