Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the apartment complex.
• Respond to after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies as needed.
• Track materials and keep the property manager informed about maintenance issues.
• Coordinate the resolution of maintenance issues.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and installations.
• Service and install appliances.
• Wiring of electrical fixtures as needed.
• Maintain heating systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Install and repair doors and locks.
• Hang and repair drywall as required.
• Perform inspections on apartment units to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain routine repair schedules and checklists.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
• Ability to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
