About the position
The AP Statistics Math Tutor position at Eggheads Learning Academy is a part-time, contract role focused on providing personalized tutoring in AP Statistics to high school students. Tutors will have the flexibility to set their own schedules and can take on additional students as they become available. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one tutoring in AP Statistics to high school students.
- Set and manage your own tutoring schedule based on availability.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and needs.
- Maintain a professional and organized approach to tutoring sessions.
- Commit to long-term tutoring relationships with students.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of tutoring experience in mathematics or related subjects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable teaching AP Statistics and potentially other subjects.
