About the position

The Angular JS - Technical Lead position at Capgemini is designed for an experienced UI Architect with a strong background in Angular JS and front-end technologies. The role involves leading the migration from Angular JS to the latest Angular frameworks, ensuring adherence to defined standards, and collaborating in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent programming skills, communication abilities, and a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from Angular JS to the latest Angular frameworks.
• Understand and propose Angular architecture as part of the migration process.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Integrate APIs and Web Sockets into applications.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with defined standards for IIDX.
• Implement push notifications and manage RXJS and Event Bus integrations.

Requirements

• 9-12+ years of experience as a UI Architect with a focus on Angular JS and front-end technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Angular JS, Angular 13, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Practical knowledge of AngularJS and a good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Angular 13 and Angular Material.
• Knowledge of push notification integration.
• Familiarity with RXJS and Event Bus.
