About The Position
Urology Specialists of the Carolinas is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee our centralized Phone Operations, Authorization Services, Credentialing, and Pre-Registration teams. This newly created leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to shape operational excellence across one of the region's premier specialty physician practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years healthcare operations experience
- 3+ years experience in patient access, authorizations, credentialing, or revenue cycle operations
- Leadership experience managing healthcare teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR systems and healthcare reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple centralized healthcare support departments
- Improve patient access and operational workflows
- Develop staff and build high-performing teams
- Drive service quality and operational efficiency
- Partner with providers and clinic leaders
- Monitor productivity and performance metrics
- Implement process improvements that positively impact patient experience and revenue cycle performance
