About the position

The Analytics Product Manager at Alchemer will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution for our analytics offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics, data visualization, and user experience to create products that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that enhance our product suite. The position involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. Additionally, the Analytics Product Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for analytics offerings.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria for product features.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in analytics or data products.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, data visualization, and user experience principles.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles.
