About the position

The Analyst Project Manager will support the Vice President of Operations in the Clinical Operations department by coordinating administrative functions and managing special projects. This role involves data analysis, program evaluation, and providing support for various initiatives within the medical management department, aiming to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Vice President of Operations by coordinating administrative functions and managing special projects.
  • Compile data, perform data entry, and run reports for the Clinical Operations department.
  • Provide general assistance and support to the executive team, Medical Directors, and management.
  • Plan, develop, manage, and implement program-specific special projects.
  • Gather requirements for special projects through direct interface with various departments.
  • Assist with time and resource management throughout the development cycle of special projects.
  • Track project deadlines and ensure accountability to meet all deadlines.
  • Provide oral and written presentations to share project outcomes with other departments and external entities.
  • Review and analyze data across various business units to support business functions and program development.
  • Produce reports to inform evaluation and analytics aspects.
  • Support and strengthen data infrastructure through the development of tracking systems.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic business solutions through data analysis.
  • Identify business information needs, system requirements, and KPIs for planning purposes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum two years of work experience in data analytics, project management, or similar function.
  • Strong working knowledge of multivariate statistical and machine learning methodologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in finance, operations, and analytics-related practices.
  • Working knowledge of R, Python, Excel, Access, and basic programming skills.
  • Experience with SQL database.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate findings to all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare or clinical operations.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare.
