The Dealer Business Management (DBM) team provides GM leadership, field teams, and the U.S. dealer network with financial expertise, tools, and training to strengthen dealership performance and network profitability. Leveraging GM’s DBM financial reporting system and associated tools, the team analyzes dealer financial statements and operational data, leads profit‑improvement consultations, and equips stakeholders to make informed, data‑driven decisions that drive sustainable growth. The Analyst, Dealer Business Management (DBM) provides financial expertise, training, and analytical support to GM leadership, field teams, and the U.S. dealer network.
