About The Position

We are looking for a driven, intellectually curious Business Development Analyst to join our sales team. You will work directly alongside the senior business development team supporting some of the most complex, high-value deals in the data center industry — transactions with hyperscalers and large cloud providers. This role is built for someone who wants to learn enterprise sales from the inside out: how deals are structured, how buyer relationships are cultivated over time, and how market intelligence shapes strategy. You'll be doing substantive work from day one. Location: Dallas, TX or NY, NY (In-office with some travel)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required — business, IT, engineering, real estate, finance, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience; new graduates welcome
  • Genuine curiosity about the data center industry, cloud infrastructure, or commercial real estate
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills — you'll produce materials senior leadership relies on
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple workstreams without losing track of details
  • Professional presence; comfortable in client-facing settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (industry events, customer meetings, site visits)
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and support the growth of Related Digital

  • Develop working relationships with customer contacts at the analyst and manager level
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and local networking functions (DCD, Bisnow, etc.) as required
  • Build familiarity and trust with key accounts so you can eventually own parts of the relationship
