The Global Client Group (GCG) leads Dimensional's efforts to acquire long-term client relationships and increase the firm's reach in the marketplace. Team members work closely with both institutions and financial advisors to offer focused, specialized support and ensure the delivery of a consistently impeccable client experience. Everyone is empowered to offer up and execute on innovative ways to produce results. The Analyst, Business Insights will support sales data processes that are critical to the firm's strategic sales efforts. Working with the global sales operations team, sales teams, and technology team, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of internal data systems related to client assets, cash flows, and CRM data. The daily work will involve processing incoming data from vendors, working with the sales teams to proactively maintain client data, and other related functions to support efficient data governance, sales operations, and reporting. The role falls within the GCG Sales Operations division, which supports the day-to-day operational needs of the sales group in the areas of business insights, product management, intermediary relationships, client onboarding, reporting and administrative services. The goal of the GCG is to help Dimensional's clients deliver an outstanding experience for their clients by supporting them in the areas of investments, communication, and strategy.
