About The Position
Provides technical support to the Department of Anaesthesia, ensuring that anaesthesia and related equipment is functional and calibrated. Coordinates preventative maintenance and servicing of all related equipment. Therapeutic services include assisting with induction and intubation, intravenous therapy and bronchodilator therapy. Maintains anaesthetic supplies.
Requirements
- 1 year previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist required.
- Currently licensed to practice Respiratory Therapy in the Province of Manitoba.
- Current in CPR at the BCLS level.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an Operating Room environment desired.
