Requirements

High School diploma/GED plus nine (9) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
OR Associate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus seven (7) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
OR Bachelor’s degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
OR Postgraduate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field, plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
Epic Ambulatory certification required.
Proficiency in Epic Care Ambulatory and related applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to document and implement system changes while providing guidance to operational users.
Experience in project management and cross-team collaboration.
Must have an aptitude for technical tasks and project management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

System Build and Configuration: Interpret, analyze, and design system data to maintain and enhance application functionality while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Problem Solving: Proactively resolve system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions within IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Professional Performance: Mentor junior analysts, maintain certifications, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Integrated Application Management: Monitor system integration, participate in cross-functional testing, and ensure application security aligns with organizational and regulatory standards.
Project Management: Lead or support IT projects, including system upgrades, testing, and implementation, while adhering to project management methodologies.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.
