About the position

The Product Enablement Lead at State Street Alpha is responsible for managing the end-to-end (E2E) solution delivery for clients, ensuring that the front-to-back solutions meet client commitments. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of investment operations, and the ability to navigate various product organizations to deliver seamless solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, product implementation teams, and solution architects to address issues and influence future product designs based on field learnings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of E2E Solution analysts.
• Triage and manage cross-product gaps and defects arising from new client engagements or implementations.
• Influence future product and architecture designs based on field learnings.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design immediate solutions while considering long-term product roadmaps.
• Work with product owners to align short-term solutions with long-term goals.
• Support business analysis and requirements definition.
• Track client feedback and requests, incorporating them into the product roadmap where appropriate.
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals and key business decisions regarding products and services.
• Assess and streamline processes with Global Delivery and back office units to mitigate risks and generate efficiencies.
• Manage demand from clients experiencing E2E integration issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment operations, project management, client implementation, and/or business analysis.
• Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability.
• Prior experience leading large-scale client conversions and onboarding efforts in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry.
• Experience with designing new solutions by analyzing requirements and writing specifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Extensive knowledge of State Street platforms including Alpha, Charles River, MCH, RKS (Internal Candidates only).
