About the position

The Customer Service Agent position at Allstate involves providing exceptional service to existing clients, conducting policy reviews, and cross-selling insurance products. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, with opportunities for advancement into sales and management positions. The position is on-site and requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Hold annual policy reviews with clients and explain coverages.
  • Find and cross-sell bundling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Process customer policy change requests/endorsements.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Discuss billing and take payments from customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • A Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred but will train and license the right individual.
  • Must attain Life Insurance License within 90 days of being onboard.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
