About the position
The PT Security Patrol Officer at Allied Universal is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of a gated community through vehicle access control and patrol. This part-time role emphasizes customer service, conflict management, and the use of surveillance equipment to maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the gated community to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents and addressing their concerns.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities and prevent loss.
- Investigate all suspicious and criminal activity.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to maintain a secure environment.
Requirements
- Experience in security or law enforcement.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment, including CCTV.
- First aid certification.
