About the position
Fidé is seeking a Rad Tech for an 11-week contract in Cumming, GA. The role involves performing various radiological exams in a busy 24-hour department, which averages 150 exams daily. The candidate will be responsible for both inpatient and outpatient procedures, including fluoroscopy exams and routine X-rays. This position requires working night shifts and compliance with holiday work expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform inpatient and outpatient radiological exams.
- Conduct fluoroscopy procedures and routine X-rays.
- Work collaboratively within a 24-hour department averaging 150 exams per day.
- Adhere to compliance credentials and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of current Rad Tech experience within a hospital setting.
- Current ARRT - Rad Tech certification.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- EMR experience, including years of experience and systems used.
Nice-to-haves
- COVID Vaccination Card (preferred but not required)
- Experience with C-arm procedures and lumbar punctures.
