About Us: We are a dynamic property management company managing over 500 multi-family units, 20+ hotel units, and 15+ Airbnb units across Los Angeles. Our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards for our properties. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Airbnb Host/Property Manager to enhance and lead our growing Airbnb team. Job Responsibilities: As an Airbnb Host/Property Manager, you will oversee the setup of new Airbnb units, including arranging and setting up furniture, décor, and essential amenities. You will be responsible for responding to guest inquiries and messages through the Airbnb platform in a timely and professional manner, handling booking requests, providing check-in instructions, and addressing any guest concerns or questions. Effective communication with the Airbnb support team is crucial to resolve issues such as furniture damage or guest complaints. In addition, you will be available to respond to any emergencies or urgent issues that arise during nights or weekends, taking immediate action to resolve problems to ensure guest satisfaction and property safety. You will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as needed, ensuring that all units are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., toiletries, linens, etc.) before each check-in. Monitoring and managing inventory levels of supplies across all units will be part of your responsibilities, along with purchasing and restocking items as needed. You will also perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed and coordinate with professional vendors for more complex repairs or services. Conducting property showings for potential tenants or guests, providing leasing information, and answering any questions during showings will be part of your role. Additionally, you will schedule and coordinate cleaning services with the cleaning team to ensure all units are ready for incoming guests.

Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with the Airbnb support team, guests, and the repair and maintenance team.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repairs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies efficiently.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in using Airbnb or similar platforms.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as an Airbnb host for at least 1 year is preferred.
