Our GenAI Center of Excellence is dedicated to advancing AI capabilities and ensuring their successful implementation across the organization. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Product Manager to lead our GenAI product lifecycle process serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and the product technical team. The Product Manager will define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring the product meets customer needs and aligns with business goals. This includes gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the product throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Establish a clear direction for the product, including its purpose, target audience, and long-term goals.
- Identify and prioritize customer needs and market demands, translating them into actionable product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure the product is developed and launched successfully.
- Oversee the product from initial planning and development through launch, ongoing maintenance, and eventual obsolescence.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use data to inform product improvements and future strategies.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations.
- Represent user needs and advocate for their interests throughout the product development process.
- Create and maintain a clear roadmap outlining the product's future direction and key milestones.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time.
- Communicate the roadmap to platform stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee and manage the budget for product development, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of product management experience: (or equivalent)
- Experience with AI/GenAI technology and capabilities
- Experience with product roadmap development and prioritization
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
