Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their unique strengths.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Collaborate with team leadership to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement and contribute to the firm's success.
• Engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts or issues.
• Document and analyze business processes for AI and Generative AI opportunities.
• Design and solution AI/GenAI architectures for clients.
• Manage teams to process unstructured and structured data for LLMs.
• Lead the development of proof of concepts, pilots, and production use cases for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in managing development teams for AI and GenAI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and common LLM development frameworks.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Git Version Control and CI/CD processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in prompt engineering and RAG workflows.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational storage systems.
• Ability to facilitate executive-level presentations.
