Responsibilities

• Assist with general Agronomy functions under the direction of the Location Manager.
• Gain hands-on work experience in the agronomy field and operations.
• Visit different locations as part of the training process.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Train and assist with product delivery and application.
• Help with facility and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Conduct crop scouting to ensure appropriate agronomic conditions are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be pursuing an agriculture-related degree at a 4-year university, with at least a second semester junior or first semester senior status in good academic standing.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary.
• Willingness to participate in required training related to GROWMARK's policies and procedures.
