About the position

As an Agile Engineer on our team, you'll drive transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks that include the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban. You'll work to drive the adoption of the Agile mentality through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life cycle management tools while coaching and mentoring team members. You'll work within and lead multiple Agile Release Trains from end-to-end and deliver Agile trainings and workshops. You'll help to bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, DevSecOps, and automation. You'll lead discussions with team leads and management while keeping the collective team focused and tracking commitments, pace, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Drive transformation across the organization using Agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices.
  • Lead multiple Agile Release Trains from end-to-end.
  • Deliver Agile trainings and workshops.
  • Establish lean agile routines and practices in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Track commitments, pace, and quality of the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Agilist leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Agile Coach.
  • Experience with designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience developing metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting this data to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools.
  • Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on transformation topics.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Agile Certification.
