District 54 Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of sales representatives in Bloomington, Minnesota. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a team of insurance sales representatives, setting goals and guiding them to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in various insurance products.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Track and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and support as needed to meet objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid insurance license for Minnesota or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Ability to manage a team and maintain productivity in a hybrid work setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
