About the position

The Sales Representative role at Newfold Digital focuses on outbound prospecting and relationship management with digital agencies and freelancers. The position involves onboarding new agencies, identifying sales opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, and overseeing the full sales cycle for Bluehost services. The representative is expected to meet performance metrics, resolve customer issues, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while maintaining high ethical standards in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and target digital agencies and freelancers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new agencies onto the Bluehost platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with digital agencies.
  • Analyze digital agencies' business models to uncover potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of agencies, increasing adoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost.
  • Handle the entire sales process from prospecting to post-sale account management.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Provide effective solutions to customer problems within support scope.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in a high-volume environment.
  • Apply robust sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales ethically.
  • Show commitment to consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Communicate persuasively with stakeholders.
  • Support small and medium-sized businesses in their success.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of hosting, WordPress, and Cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with digital agencies and clients.
  • Proficiency in understanding digital agencies' business models and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Experience in managing a book of business and growing adoption and revenue.
  • Persuasive and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A genuine passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
  • Extraordinary multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong integrity in sales and customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Capability to provide effective issue resolutions within support scope.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as 6sense and Outreach.io.
