About The Position

The Agency Producer will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of Grandbridge’s Agency businesses. This role involves originating, structuring, and managing multifamily mortgage transactions for FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. The position requires extensive understanding and experience in commercial real estate and/or commercial real estate finance. The producer will proactively identify and generate new client relationships nationwide through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry conferences. They will work with Grandbridge’s Underwriting teams to review mortgage application processes with clients and review documentation as necessary. The role involves structuring multifamily financing solutions, negotiating loan terms with borrowers, and leading transactions through the full loan process from identification to closing and servicing, ensuring a top customer service experience. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with multifamily owners and developers is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent education and related training.
Five years of experience as a loan officer or commercial real estate analyst, appraiser, broker, leasing agent or property manager, or equivalent.
Strong computer skills; including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Understand the physical aspects of all commercial property types, typical real estate lending parameters, interest rate structures, and tests of reasonableness.
Highly organized.
High attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to simultaneously handle a variety of assignments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel.

Nice To Haves

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Finance or Real Estate.
Proficiency in Salesforce, CoStar, Trepp and Argus.
Deep understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs.

Responsibilities
