About the position

The Agency Account Executive at Siarza is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities while contributing to both internal and external marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for client service.

Responsibilities

  • Attend client meetings to foster strong relationships and understand client needs.
  • Interact with clients to gather requests and take actionable tasks related to their projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Assist in the delivery of client strategies from conception through execution.
  • Contribute to Siarza's internal marketing initiatives to promote agency values and culture.
  • Participate in Siarza's external marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Monitor budget expenditures to ensure alignment with client contracts.
  • Manage contractors for specific projects and tasks to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Create and manage all forms of content (digital, social, public relations).
  • Pull and analyze reports on marketing performance.
  • Create, place, and manage advertising for a variety of platforms and monitor advertising spend.
  • Monitor client accounts, looking for opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Overall project management of a list of Siarza's clients.
  • Collaborate with creative departments.

Requirements

  • Degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Journalism (Degree preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within an agency setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
