About the position
The After School Teacher at Clear Creek Elementary is responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children after school. This role focuses on fostering a love for learning and building relationships with students and their families. The teacher will work part-time during split shifts, contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in after school activities.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers.
- Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the program.
Requirements
- A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
- Experience in teaching or working with children.
- Valid First Aid Certification (preferred).
- CPR Certification (preferred).
