About the position
The After School Counselor at Mustard Seed LLC is a part-time role focused on ensuring the safety and well-being of campers while facilitating engaging activities. The counselor will be responsible for overseeing camper activities, planning games, and providing outdoor education, all within a supportive and fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate games, sports, and other activities
- Monitor campers and escort them to various activities
- Provide fun learning opportunities
- Set up, take down, and maintain facility equipment
- Communicate with parents
Requirements
- Previous experience as a camp counselor or in a similar position
- Highly organized and responsible
- Excellent communication skills
- Be available to work 2:30 - 6:00pm M-F
