About the position

The Affiliate Partnership Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in managing affiliate relationships and partnerships for a small business in the holistic health sector. This part-time, contract position involves social media assistance and marketing support, focusing on building and nurturing affiliate partnerships, negotiating terms, and ensuring effective communication with influencers and brand partners. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for affiliate marketing and holistic health.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and nurturing new affiliate relationships.
• Negotiating partnership terms and tracking affiliate performance.
• Ensuring timely payment of affiliate commissions.
• Collaborating with influencers, affiliates, and brand partners to strengthen relationships.
• Assisting in managing and scheduling social media content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Engaging with followers and tracking social media campaigns.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for affiliates and brand partners.
• Managing incoming inquiries and assisting with campaign planning.
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts with affiliate partners and influencers.
• Supporting the creation of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing.
• Experience in Instagram marketing is a must.
• Experience with WordPress (1 year preferred).
• Experience with Canva (1 year required).
• Strong interest in affiliate marketing and partnerships.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Tailwind, ClickUp CRM, and affiliate tracking software (e.g., ShareASale, Impact).
• Interest and familiarity with holistic health and clean beauty.
• Experience with Pinterest (2 years preferred).
