Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • Prior understanding of digital marketing channels, with a curiosity about using data to drive decisions
  • Interest in marketing attribution and incrementality, you ask "is this actually driving results?" not just "what does the dashboard say?"
  • AI-proficient: you use AI tools to accelerate your work, drafting communications, building reports, analyzing data, automating repetitive tasks
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple sophisticated projects at once
  • Track record of success working both independently and within diverse, global teams
  • Comfort working across time zones with distributed teams
  • Analytical thinker with enthusiasm for data-driven marketing

Responsibilities

  • Manage affiliate promo codes and tracking links end-to-end: setup, QA, attribution validation, and troubleshooting prior to campaign launches
  • Monitor partner activity for brand compliance, unauthorized paid search bidding, and coupon/code leakage; flag violations and coordinate resolution with partners and agency
  • Coordinate affiliate promotional offers with cross-channel teams to ensure customer-facing consistency across markets
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for partner operational questions, creative asset distribution, and campaign updates
  • Own performance reporting templates, data input for Looker integration, and contribute to market reporting
  • Track global weekly, monthly, and quarterly channel performance relative to forecasts and assist team in developing forecasting methodologies and goals
  • Reconcile internal data against affiliate platform reporting to validate performance and flag discrepancies
  • Work with pricing, creative, and promotional planning teams to acquire campaign assets and build quarterly offer strategy
  • Coordinate with the global agency team to support ongoing initiatives, keeping the agency updated on campaign changes and reviewing deliverables
