About the position

The Aesthetic Nurse/Laser Technician at The Aesthetic Place is responsible for providing a variety of aesthetic treatments and services in a modern med spa environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care through injectable and laser services, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The position requires a blend of technical skills, customer service, and the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of patient services that might include: Botox/Dysport, Sculptra, Dermal Filler, Chemical Peels, Micro-needling and Radio-Frequency Micro-needling, Laser Services, IPL laser, Co2 laser
• Patient procedure preparation, treatment administration, patient education and facilitating care for patients.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and educate clients on pre/post-treatment care plans.
• Ensure that all treatments are performed safely in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide pre/post-operative care, monitor treatment progress and address any concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, client information and all patient charting must comply with company and industry requirements.
• Develop and maintain an industry-wide working knowledge of available treatments and skin care products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all clients to better understand their goals, develop future treatment plans, and be able to market and upsell additional skin care products and procedures.
• Work closely with our team of skilled professionals to create a welcoming and safe environment for all patients.
• Collaborate with the spa team to help create and support company social media, marketing and promotional events and initiatives.

Requirements

• RN, BSN or NP Degree required
• Current License required
• Minimum 1 year CURRENT Injectable experience required
• Minimum of 1-year Customer Service and Sales experience required
• Previous Laser Treatment experience strongly preferred
• Current book of business highly desired
• A good working knowledge of skin care products and available treatments is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills and social media skills
• Must possess a great personality, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, dependable, and a willingness to learn new procedures
• Must also be able to multi-task, thrive in an independent position and work in a fast-paced environment.
