About The Position

Kaas Tailored is seeking a detailed, focused, and quality-oriented Foam Technician to join their team. This role involves building aerospace foam components, which are subassemblies for finished aerospace parts. The ideal candidate is comfortable using various tools to meticulously assemble and cut foam, can read and comprehend drawings, and follows directions to maintain high-quality standards. This position is ideal for systematic thinkers, quick learners, and individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC Router to transform foam blanks into parts
• Use band saw and pin wire saw to cut and shape foam into parts
• Assemble foam and plastic components into finished assembled parts
• Stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift
• Communicate effectively with the team
