About the position

In this role, you will perform aerodynamic simulations of Archer's eVTOL aircraft using low- and mid-fidelity tools. You will develop both linear and non-linear aerodynamic models to predict aircraft behavior and performance throughout the flight envelope. Additionally, you will process experimental data from flight tests and wind tunnel tests, comparing these results with your predictions. Your work will involve leveraging experimental data to enhance the aerodynamic models of the vehicle and supporting verification and validation activities that depend on model outputs and experimental results. You will also contribute to the development of Archer's aerodynamic software stack and improve the methods behind the modeling tools and workflows.
