As a Manager in Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory's Analytics practice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside leading professionals while building your professional skills in a variety of analytical techniques and industry specialties. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects involving exchange solutions that enable front office and back-office operations of multi-asset exchanges.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of tradeable products and their lifecycle on exchange operations.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of broker-dealer solutions that support front office and back-office operations across different asset types.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices and innovative solutions for transformations.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with cloud technologies in Capital Markets domains.
  • Implement robust controls to ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based solutions.
  • Offer expert consulting services in cloud technologies, data analytics, and packaged software used in the Capital Markets business.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of these technologies to enhance client operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years' experience in Capital Markets Cloud solutions and data analytics.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Capital Markets industry.
  • Familiarity with Banking and Capital Markets regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in business and risk domains including trading, surveillance, markets, credit, liquidity, operational risks.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting (financial and non-financial).
  • Experience in data testing methodologies (e.g., controls testing and transaction testing).
  • Experience in data quality frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in cloud risks and controls.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of effective communication (written and verbal) and complex problem solving in fast paced environments.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across geographies and overseeing complex projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in computer science, Finance, Technology or a related field or MBA.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or similar credentials.
  • 7+ years of experience in the capital markets industry.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming in SQL, Python, R.
