About The Position

As the Advertising Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction, implementation, and refinement of media initiatives aimed at elevating brand presence, captivating our target demographics, and fueling revenue growth. Drawing upon your proficiency in administrative support, media planning, purchasing, billing and analytics, alongside adept project management skills, you will aid with the development and orchestration of cohesive media campaigns spanning multiple platforms to support various business divisions. Your profound understanding of the luxury hospitality and entertainment sector will be instrumental in sustaining our resort's position as the ultimate choice for exceptional guest journeys.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, advertising, communications, business, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative support, media planning, buying, or a related role in advertising.
  • Proficient in using analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Moderate understanding of media channels, including paid social, paid search, programmatic, display, video, and out‑of‑home (OOH) advertising, with the ability to support cross‑channel campaigns.
  • Ability to stay current with evolving media consumption habits, advertising technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices to support effective and innovative advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with tracking methodologies, performance metrics (e.g., impressions, CTR, conversions), and basic attribution concepts to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and assets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support reporting to stakeholders.
  • Experience maintaining organized campaign documentation, creative assets, and performance reports to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Comfortable learning and working within new advertising platforms, tools, and workflows, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in a high-pressure setting.
  • Capacity to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and new information.
  • Willingness to adjust plans and tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and launch of advertising campaigns across digital & traditional advertising platforms.
  • Support the Media Team with CM360 tag creation, trafficking, and QA to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
  • Support senior team members in managing and updating live advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct basic audience research to support targeting and campaign planning.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and flag issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Track key performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, and conversions.
  • Assist with budget pacing to ensure campaigns spend correctly.
  • Help prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and summaries.
  • Ensure ads follow brand guidelines and platform policies before launch.
  • Support campaign trafficking, quality checks, and accuracy of setup.
  • Schedule & coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, analytics) and external marketing operations partners.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, creative assets, and results.
  • Research advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Respond to routine campaign questions and requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Support testing of new ad formats or platforms when requested.
  • Learn advertising tools, platforms, and processes to build foundational media skills.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external vendors, fostering productive partnerships, as well as overseeing the end-to-end vendor onboarding process.
  • Assist with all billing activities for the Media Team, including preparing invoices, tracking charges, reconciling media vendor costs, and supporting budget and billing accuracy.
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.
