About The Position

TRIDENT has an immediate opening for an Advanced Security Operator (ASO) Team Member to support campus-wide safety initiatives and provide a visible, professional security presence for client employees and authorized visitors at corporate facilities throughout Seattle, WA. We are searching for proactive, mission-focused professionals who combine excellent interpersonal skills with sharp judgment and the ability to function effectively both on their own and as part of a coordinated team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of four (4) years of honorable military service or equivalent law enforcement or professional security experience
  • Valid Washington State Security Guard Card (must be maintained)
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License (must be maintained)
  • Honorable military discharge (DD-214 required, if applicable)

Nice To Haves

  • Peace Officer Standards Training (POST) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the ongoing safety and security of all personnel, assets, and infrastructure across assigned client campuses
  • Actively guard the physical well-being and protection of designated individuals, facilities, and equipment
  • Maintain a strong and highly visible security presence that deters unauthorized activity and disruptions
  • Continuously scan campus activity for patterns or behaviors that appear unusual or suspicious
  • Handle on-site incidents and emergencies with a composed, professional, and effective response
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients while working with a high degree of independence
  • Foster a professional, accessible rapport with employees and visitors throughout each shift
  • Perform regular foot patrols throughout all designated campus zones on a scheduled and ad hoc basis
  • Keep campus leadership and security management informed about incidents and any developing concerns
  • Report all security incidents to the ASO Team Leader accurately and without delay
  • Support campus operations staff in alignment with ASO Team Leader guidance and direction
  • Remain consistently vigilant, taking initiative to surface and address security issues before they escalate
  • Provide escort assistance to employees or visitors as requested or as the situation demands
  • Execute any additional responsibilities as assigned by TRIDENT leadership
