About The Position
Associates in Medicine & Surgery LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our expanding Internal Medicine & Family Practice team in Southwest Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting, values clinical autonomy, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Active Florida ARNP license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certification as FNP or Adult-Gerontology NP
- 2+ years of experience in Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- EMR experience required (eClinicalWorks is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive care
- Develop and manage treatment plans and medication therapies
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Manage chronic care programs (CCM)
- Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in a shared weekend call rotation
