About the position

The Advanced Acquisition Analyst/Cyber Security Analyst role at QED Analytics Inc. involves supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) by developing and analyzing programmatic data for effective program management. The position focuses on monitoring acquisition program baselines, assisting with oversight and execution briefings, and developing acquisition strategies and contract requirements. The role emphasizes cybersecurity throughout the acquisition cycle and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) with development and analysis of programmatic data for program management support.
• Monitor and report against the acquisition program baselines.
• Assist with program oversight and execution briefings.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies/plans and contract requirements packages.
• Provide interpretation and execution of MDA Acquisition policy, directives, guidance, and instructions.
• Prepare briefings and correspondence in response to internal tasking and external RFIs.
• Analyze acquisition requirements and provide recommendations during the pre-solicitation phase through contract execution.
• Support program and contract management processes through documentation preparation and review.

Requirements

• Master's degree and/or 15 years' experience for advanced level; Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years' relevant experience for intermediate level.
• Knowledge and experience in acquisition, procurement, and contracting highly desirable.
• Solid background in MS Office tools suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) essential.
• Must possess exceptionally strong communications and analytical skills.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team.

Nice-to-haves

• CompTIA Certification Preferred.
• Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) certification (or ability to attain within 90 days after employment).
• Prior MDA experience preferred.
