About the position
The Admissions Counselor at Everglades University Miami Campus plays a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Everglades University and prospective students and their families.
- Communicate Admissions policies and Financial Aid, promoting the quality of an EU education.
- Maintain communication via telephone, email, and other means of correspondence with students throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- 1 year of experience in Admissions or Sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box are necessary.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments are required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer service for at least 1 year is preferred.
