About The Position

At All In Solutions, our mission is to provide quality, evidence-based treatment that leads to long-term recovery for every client who walks through our doors. We believe that connection and purpose are essential to this pursuit, guiding every decision we make and every service we provide across our facilities in California, New Jersey, and Florida. We are looking for a unique blend of organized professional and empathetic advocate. You are the right fit if: You think on your feet: You can pivot from a technical insurance question to a crisis-intervention conversation without missing a beat. You are a "people person": You possess a natural warmth that makes strangers feel safe sharing their stories with you. You have a passion for recovery: Whether you are a Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) looking to grow, a Case Manager seeking a new angle, or someone with personal lived experience who has successfully navigated their own recovery journey (6–12 months+), your passion is your greatest asset. You are tech-savvy: You’re comfortable navigating CRM systems (Salesforce) and multi-tasking across digital platforms.

  • Previous experience working in treatment (as a BHT, Case Manager, etc.) or in a high-volume customer service/sales role preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient with Google Suite/Microsoft Office
  • ability to master CRM software (Salesforce) quickly.
  • Basic understanding of health insurance concepts; willingness to learn the complexities of PPO/HMO/EPO benefits.
  • Exceptional verbal skills—you must be able to balance professional boundaries with genuine compassion.
  • A "Type A" level of attention to detail; you enjoy keeping your tasks and schedule tightly managed.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inquiries, providing a welcoming and empathetic first point of contact for individuals seeking help.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening interviews to collect clinical and demographic information for review by the clinical team.
  • Assist in gathering insurance information and work with the verification team to communicate basic coverage details and financial obligations to families.
  • Support the admissions pipeline by following up with leads, scheduling tours, and coordinating intake dates.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions and client data within the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Coordinate with the clinical and operations departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and logistics (travel, packing lists, etc.) are completed prior to arrival.
  • Assist in the preparation of admission folders and other duties as assigned.
