About the position
The John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art is located in Sarasota, Florida, and is a department of Florida State University. Requirements
- Ability to learn/use web-based computer ticketing system (Tessitura)
- Communicating effectively (verbally and written) in-person, via telephone, and email
- Work independently and with a team
- Handle cash and payments
- Ability to remain calm during peak times and higher customer volume
- Stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in environments where temperature may fluctuate
- HS diploma or GED
Nice-to-haves
- Previous Tessitura experience
- Verbal fluency in additional language(s) besides English
Benefits
- Rate of Pay: $15.45 per hour
- Approximately 24 hours per week with arrival time of 8:45 AM
- Weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required based on the needs of the Ringling
