About The Position

This role provides administrative support for Behavioral Health School Based and ECMH (Early Childhood Mental Health) at 255 and 495 E. Main St. The position involves processing DA (Intake) paperwork for both sites, processing payroll, placing work orders for building maintenance, taking meeting notes during weekly team meetings, ordering coffee and supplies for the suite, partnering with Clinical Therapies and Classroom to clean toys between sessions, serving as the safety coach (conducting safety drills and monitoring expiration dates of items), tracking consult room utilization, accepting/denying room reservations, and assisting Patient Access/Front desk staff as needed. The Administrative Support II performs moderately complex administrative duties for one or more individuals within the department, preparing correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials. This role may also provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues and in completing reimbursement requests for assigned staff.

Responsibilities
