Requirements

  • Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department.
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
  • Ability to create procedure and policy documents
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage financial responsibilities across a fast-paced service and install business
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of Supervising Accounts Receivable/Collections teams
  • Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4-5 Accounts Receivable Project Cost Administrators
  • Participate in monthly/weekly strategy meetings, AR meetings
  • Partner with Program Managers, Invoicing colleagues and CTC colleagues to ensure we remain the customer’s best service provider.
  • Review potential customers and understand their Invoicing and Accounts Receivable reporting requirements and needs. Ensure these standards can align with company standards and work with Program Managers to align customer expectations.
  • Responsible for manpower/resource management and forecasting
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
