By joining our Frankfort Section I as a/an Administrative Specialist Senior in Franklin County, you'll have the opportunity to review, analyze and perform intermediately complex engineering activities and work to obtain and develop professional engineering techniques.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze complex applications by screening original legal documents presented for vetting Identity to determine eligibility to obtain identification by ID, Permit, or Driver's License.
- Assist customers in reviewing and processing any documents acceptable to provide a service in the KY Driver's License Information System (KDLIS) in determining a driver's status for issuance.
- Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and face-to-face services.
- Processes fees and completes daily reconciliation reports.
Requirements
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- Three years of professional, administrative, or business experience.

- Experience with phone and face-to-face customer service.
- Experience with collecting money and providing a service.
- Experience with data management in processing systems.
- Experience providing training to subordinates.
