About the position

The Administrative Production Coordinator at United Built Homes is responsible for performing essential administrative duties and delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing the flow of documents between sales and corporate offices, maintaining the retail sales office calendar, and ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided. The position is integral to the operations of the company, supporting the team in achieving its goals while upholding the values of integrity and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Create and accurately file sales and residential-construction documents and reports.
  • Track and maintain the seamless and timely flow of documents between the sales and corporate offices.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a pleasant speaking voice.
  • Maintain the retail sales office calendar, ensuring sufficient staff coverage.
  • Perform any and all other duties assigned, including committee assignments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience required.
  • Prior experience working in a construction/new-home sales office is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a team player mentality.
  • Flexibility and willingness to pitch in whenever any job needs to be handled.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable professional training and experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
