Responsibilities

  • Receive and file incoming letters and documents
  • Maintain office files and reporting systems
  • Type correspondence, reports, and other documents for management
  • Take and distribute notes at meetings
  • Answer incoming calls to the office
  • Assist where needed in other departments
  • Prepare presentations and other company-related information
  • Assist with bids, quotes, purchase orders, and project tracking
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in social media, cell phone apps, and internet usage
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Ability to travel if needed
  • Pass a background and drug screen
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong presentation and scheduling abilities
