About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative / Recruiter Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Bee's Plumbing and Heating. This full-time position involves supporting the recruitment process through various administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and managing candidate applications.
  • Conduct initial screenings of applicants to determine qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within our applicant tracking system.
  • Work with new hires to create a positive onboarding experience.
  • Manage employee benefits and assist with signing up.
  • Produce company newsletters, coordinate company functions, and create welcome packages.
  • Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized recruitment files.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track Plumber Licenses and assist with LNI and ESD claims management.
  • Support front desk operations as needed, including managing phone systems and greeting visitors.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting coordinator experience
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally over the phone and in writing
