About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, and managing data entry. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and directing calls appropriately.
  • Filing and organizing documents.
  • Creating and updating change order logs.
  • Typing bid letters and other correspondence.
  • Entering data into spreadsheets.
  • Keeping track of job costs and related information.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
