About The Position

The Administrative Assistant II will maintain the day-to-day workflow of the Lifestyle Redesign Knowledge Mobilization Initiative and support marketing efforts. Performs varied administrative and general office duties for an academic or administrative department. Supports a wide range of essential activities, including coordinating communications, managing course enrollment and CEU certificates, ordering supplies, organizing events, maintaining databases and websites, and facilitating information flow across stakeholders. Schedules meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities. Maintains and updates the operational systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years
  • Secretarial or specialized clerical and administrative experience

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred Experience: 4 years
