About The Position

S.A. Comunale is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Contracts/Insurance. The primary function of this position is to help the Contract/Insurance Manager maintain spreadsheets and certificates. This position will also work closely with the Branch Administrative Assistants. This job requires attention to detail with a focus towards Terms & Conditions data entry, accuracy, and communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2+ years’ experience of office or administrative assistant is required.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) applications is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with insurance and contract a plus.
  • Previous experience in the construction or fire protection industries a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Filing of insurance certificates
  • Update insurance certificate spreadsheet
  • Proofing of certificates and sending in for corrections
  • Update insurance spreadsheet with closed jobs
  • Sending out contracts
  • Update spreadsheet with contract information
  • Upload contracts in system
  • Update system with billing information
  • Update system with service bill dates
  • Request new and executed contracts
  • Complete new vendor setup
